I was learning a new skill as a Computer Tech Engineer and needed help understanding Trigonometry. I communicated my thoughts and questions by phone and computer. Through distance learning, the proctor explained the trigonometry clearly. I was to relate some of the mathematics to my courses. I obtained a B in the course. Having the support made it possible for me to transition with confidence.
Starting in design can be confusing for newcomers, who are often left to navigate the phases alone. For new engineers or technicians, this can be intimidating, but with expert support, fear fades, and progress becomes clearer. This relief leads to time saved and fewer errors during the early stages of a project.
